With housing and office developments, it is important, wherever possible to be involved from the outset to maximise the benefits the parking lifts can deliver to any new development. For instance, it is possible to reduce the overall cost of the development as well as increase any developments saleable SqM by incorporating parking stackers into the initial outline planning plans.

Our own skilled people can visit the site and measure up using modern up-to-date equipment. Once we have the full design and dimensions either from our own survey or from your existing drawings, we are able to discuss what type of installation is required.

There are many different design options to choose from, from simple car parking stackers to underground pit parking lifts, our expert advice will guide you to achieving your goals.  There are several factors to consider, not least are they indoor or outdoor parking,  the frequency that they are used, the need for different people to use and access their vehicles,  and ultimately the budget.
