Optional Accessories

Clifton mobility kit (£180 including VAT) – Designed with you in mind, this can be fitted easily to allow for moving the lift in a matter of minutes.

Low profile up ramp extension set (£300 including VAT) – This four piece set is ideal for low clearance cars. Ensure that your car can access both ends of the lift with this set due to a subtle approach angle over a longer approach length.

Narrow plate conversion kit (£190 including VAT) – If you have a narrow vehicle, this is the solution for you. This kit brings the clearance between the platforms from 820mm to 500mm. This makes the overall width of the lift smaller so is suitable for compact areas as well as ride-on lawnmowers, golf carts/buggies and quad bikes.

Crossbeam set (£160 including VAT) – Do you have inboard chassis rails or pickup points on your car? Our solution is a crossbeam set that forms a bridge across the standard size platform clearance to position the rubber mounting blocks. The set comprises of two crossbeams.

Additional block set ( £45 including VAT) – We offer blocks in sets of four. Available in 30mm and 60mm rectangle, and 90mm round rubber blocks.

Guide on how the Clifton lift can be recessed into a pit.

The conduit shaft diameter size for the hoses and leads we recommend is 150 mm. This allows for the hose manifold block to sit inside the entrance of the shaft.

Please see our guide on pit dimensions and layout below (all in mm).

Please note – the pit size is for the platforms only – no up ramps attached.

If all up ramps need to stay on the lift, the pit length would increase to 2150 mm.

Up ramps would be suspended in the air in the pit – consider a support for these.

Central access would be a 110 mm step down into the pit.

We are also able to send any of our products overseas. Find out more about our delivery service.

How do I assemble my Clifton mobile car scissor lift?

It is imperative that you understand that there is a small amount of self-assembly to do on this lift once it is received. This includes attaching torsion plate & up ramps, connecting limit switches and filling with oil. This is all possible for a competent home mechanic to do themselves and a lifting aid like an engine crane is recommended to assist in the assembly of the lift.

We are able to offer support over the phone and can also provide a self-installation sign-off visit to confirm you have installed your product correctly.
